    Office Manager Antoinette Nelson

    Ms. Nelson has been with the NWSCDC since 1997, and brings extensive experience in managing funds, records, and procedural components of the agency.

  • Willie Smith

    Director of Lending Willie Smith

    Mr. Smith serves as NWSCDC’s Director of Lending, managing the organization’s business lending program and leading workforce development efforts. His experience with banking and economic development initiatives assists NWSCDC in developing its long-term strategy for Milwaukee’s northwest side. Mr. Smith is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) through the National Development Council.

    Resource Development Manager Andrew Haug

    Andrew Haug is responsible for all aspects of fundraising, including grant-writing and reporting, for NWSCDC. He brings years of non-profit sector experience, including fundraising and education. His training in urban planning also contributes to NWSCDC activities with economic development and urban redevelopment around Milwaukee’s Northwest Side.

    NSP Coordinator Dani Breen

    As part of our Community Organizing team, Ms. Breen’s primary duties include staffing our Neighborhood Strategic Planning efforts in NSP Area 3. She represents community residents at various organizational meetings and on projects, ensuring the community is actively involved in decisions.

    Josh Beaton is responsible for the Neighborhood Strategic Planning efforts in NSP Area 1. Josh brings years of non-profit sector experience and is extremely passionate about the vitality and sustainability of the residents on the Northwest Side of Milwaukee. He is honored to collaborate with many neighborhood residents and organizations to enhance the health of the community.

  • Barbara Nuell-Moore

    NSP Coordinator Barbara Nuell-Moore

    Barbara Nuell-Moore has over 25 years of experience as a Community Organizer and Planner as well as 12 years of experience as Executive Director implementing programs such as Community Enterprise Zone. Mrs. Moore possesses a comprehensive understanding of the critical needs to preparing people to become self-sufficient through workforce development and home-ownership; emphasizing personal accountability and encouraging people to take responsibility in the home as well as the community.

  • Sarah Bregant

    Community Development Specialist Sarah Bregant

    Sarah Bregant recently earned a Master of Urban Planning from UW-Milwaukee.  She completed internships with the City of Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin Watersheds Trust, gaining extensive experience in brownfield redevelopment and green infrastructure.  She collaborates on various projects in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor.
