A contractor meeting will be held on‐site on May 1, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. for an in‐depth tour and discussion of the Project. Construction Bids will be due May 9, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. to GZA via email. Earthwork shall commence in late May or early June 2018, and shall have the Site prepared for the installation of the cistern in late June 2018. Following the cistern installation, final Site improvements shall be completed and ready for the fall planting of trees. Electrical work will follow the landscaping during the fall of 2018 or spring of 2019. As contractors are preparing the bid sheet, please consider each line item independently, as the Project Team may potentially separate the work and potentially award individual items to several local small business enterprises.
