Antoinette Nelson
Office ManagerMs. Nelson has been with the NWSCDC since 1997, and brings extensive experience in managing funds, records, and procedural components of the agency.

Willie Smith
Director of LendingMr. Smith serves as NWSCDC’s Director of Lending, managing the organization’s business lending program and leading workforce development efforts. His experience with banking and economic development initiatives assists NWSCDC in developing its long-term strategy for Milwaukee’s northwest side. Mr. Smith is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) through the National Development Council.

Andrew Haug
Resource Development ManagerAndrew Haug is responsible for all aspects of fundraising, including grant-writing and reporting, for NWSCDC. He brings years of non-profit sector experience, including fundraising and education. His training in urban planning also contributes to NWSCDC activities with economic development and urban redevelopment around Milwaukee’s Northwest Side.

Kelly Lempa
NSP CoordinatorMs. Lempa joined the Community Organizing team in April, 2019 and works in NSP Area 4. She has a Masters in community and family social work from the University of Puerto Rico and brings to the role years of work experience in community non-profits, churches and schools. Ms. Lempa enjoys supporting residents in the projects that they choose to implement in their neighborhoods.

Danitra Jones
NSP CoordinatorDanitra Jones serves as a Community Organizer, and is responsible for the Neighborhood Strategic Planning in Area 1. Danitra earned her MBA from Walden University in Health Education and Promotion. Danitra brings years of experience working with community based non-profit organizations in the City of Milwaukee.

Sarah Bregant
Community Development SpecialistSarah Bregant recently earned a Master of Urban Planning from UW-Milwaukee. She completed internships with the City of Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin Watersheds Trust, gaining extensive experience in brownfield redevelopment and green infrastructure. She collaborates on various projects in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor.
