Call to Action - Get involved with the North Basin beautification and community garden!

Calling Neighbors in the Garden Homes area, and especially near N 30th Street and Congress!  NWSCDC is working with ArtWorks for Milwaukee, Groundwork Milwaukee, and MMSD to launch a public art and community garden project at the North Basin site.Do you want to:Join the new Garden Club and have use of a raised garden bed to grow vegetables and flowers?Provide input about Public Art for beautification of the North Basin site?Be a youth employee (14-18 years old, currently enrolled in High School in Milwaukee) who will be paid to work part-time during spring and summer on these projects?If you said Yes to any of these questions, please join us on Thursday, February 22nd! If you’re highly interested in the above but unable to make the meeting date, please contact Sarah Bregant at 414-444-8200 ext 8104 to connect.
