Mayor's Walk on Saturday brought Garden Homes together

 On Saturday, August 13, a whole host of residents and community groups met with Mayor Barrett and Common Council President (and District 1 Alderman) Ashanti Hamilton to walk and talk around Garden Homes. The Mayor began by addressing the other news from earlier in the weekend, and everyone attending agreed that this walk brought community members together to address safety concerns and create positive connections. In this challenging time for the City of Milwaukee, let's all remember how much our communities work together to support each other.  We are participating in additional community cleanups, another Mayor's Walk, a Rain Garden Tour, and so much more in just this coming week!
