Capacity building is central to Ebony's responsibilities. She plays a key role in helping NWSCDC strengthen its organizational infrastructure. With a decade of non-profit experience, she is excited to explore solutions, processes, and systems that will enable NWSCDC to deliver its mission and vision in a more efficient way. Ebony earned a BA in English from Georgetown University and MPA from the University of San Francisco.
