Join us on a free, family-friendly bus tour to various stormwater basins and parks around Milwaukee. Stops include Green Tech Station, Dineen Park, the Green Tree Road Basin along Lincoln Creek, and County Grounds Park. We will get off the bus to walk around these sites to check out some of the features and learn more about how each space manages flooding. This will help us understand what is possible as we plan the design for the MMSD West Basin Stormwater Project at 35th & Congress (former Bee Bus Line site).
We will have lunch when we return to Century City Tower at approx. 1:30pm.
Bus pick-up and drop-off will be in the Century City Tower front parking lot, located at 4201 N. 27th Street. Please arrive to the lot by 10:45 as the bus will depart promptly at 11:00am.
SPOTS ARE LIMITED – YOU MUST RSVP BY FILLING OUT THIS ONLINE FORM or by calling or emailing Sarah Bregant at: 414-444-8200 ext. 8104 | sarah.b@nwscdc.org
