Sarah Bregant leads environmental, stormwater management, and Complete Streets / multi-modal transportation activities for NWSCDC, with a specific focus on the future MMSD West Basin at 35th and Congress. She earned a Master of Urban Planning from UW-Milwaukee, and previously completed graduate internships with the City of Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin Watersheds Trust, gaining extensive experience in brownfield redevelopment and green infrastructure. She collaborates on various projects in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor.
