NWSCDC Welcomes New Staff
This Fall NWSCDC welcomes a few new faces to our business lending, neighborhood organizing, and economic development work.Edward Bryant, Director of Lending, is a seasoned finance professional who has worked in business banking, economic development, and government. Edward holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Jackson State University, a Master of Business Administration degree and is a graduate of the Associates in Commercial Real Estate program at Marquette University and continuing education from UW Madison as well as several banking schools. Edward is also very active in the Milwaukee community and a board member with several Milwaukee non-profit organizations.Andrew Haug, Resource Development Manager, is responsible for all aspects of fundraising, including grant-writing and reporting, for NWSCDC. He brings years of non-profit sector experience, including fundraising and education. His training with a Master of Urban Planning from UW-Milwaukee also contributes to NWSCDC activities with economic development and urban redevelopment around Milwaukee's Northwest Side.Ibrahim Sannoh, Community Organizer, will assist in staffing our Neighborhood Strategic Planning efforts in NSP Areas 3 and 4. He represents community residents at various organizational meetings and on projects, ensuring the community is actively involved in decisions. Ibrahim earned a Masters in Public Health at Hofstra University as well as a BA in public health at University of Rochester.Natalie Bantleon, Project Assistant, is in her final year at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in the Urban Studies undergraduate program, also obtaining a certificate in Urban Planning. She had the opportunity to work on the 30th Street Green Infrastructure Neighborhood Outreach Project of 2015 through the partnership of NWSCDC, Clean Wisconsin and MMSD.
