Remembering Mr. Donald Sykes

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Donald Sykes. Mr. Sykes was a huge figure in anti-poverty programs in Milwaukee and nationally. He impacted our work from the 1990s to early 2000s as head of the HHS OCS program in Washington DC, and later head of the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board (MAWIB, now Employ Milwaukee).
